Šiauliai Jovara Pro-Gymnasium is a general education school for students in grades 1-8, offering formal and informal choreographic education. It follows national education programs while adapting to community needs and students' interests.

The school's mission is to foster moral, socio-cultural, and civic maturity, alongside general and technological literacy, in a safe, healthy environment. 

It provides targeted courses that supplement formal education and individualized programs for students with special educational needs (SEN), offering psychological, social, and teacher support. Students participate in non-formal activities, such as the student council and Red Cross, which enhance their cultural and social awareness. They also engage in clubs, excursions, and camps, receiving certificates for their achievements according to national guidelines.
